Students at the 993Q Queens Innovation Center prepare for a Farm To School event with Chef George. They chopped, peeled, grated, and tasted red carrots from the farm that they mixed with fresh lettuce greens from their hydroponic tower and a homemade vinaigrette. Delicious!
