Located in the Bronx, the NYBG provides professional development, field trips, lesson plans, and many other resources. The NYBG has seasonal events and special exhibits that are well worth the trip.
Brooklyn Botanic Garden
Located right next to Prospect Park, the BBG offers free self-guided field trips and guided tours, professional development, and other educational programs.
Queens Botanical Garden
Free garden in Flushing Queens, connected tangentially to the Queens Museum and World’s Fair.
